The 2005-2006 school year will be my 7th year teaching.  I graduated from Austin Peay with honors and began teaching at Glenellen the first year it opened.  I taught 1st grade for 2 years before my husband was stationed in LA for 4 years as a recruiter.  There I taught a 2nd and 3rd grade combination class for 2 years, 3rd for one year and my last year was spent teaching 32 5th grade students.  
I am so happy to be back at Glenellen teaching 2nd grade.  
 
I have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 14 years now.  I have two boys attending Northeast Middle School.
